IF A REFUND OR RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, IT WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM IN THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED CONDITIONS.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS, UNPAID CUSTOMS FEES, OR A MISSED DELIVERY THAT WASN’T FOLLOWED UP, WE’RE UNABLE TO OFFER A REFUND. IN SUCH CASES, WE’LL CONTACT YOU TO ARRANGE RESHIPMENT, AND A NEW SHIPPING FEE WILL APPLY. IF THERE’S NO RESPONSE WITHIN 3 WEEKS, THE PACKAGE WILL BE DISCARDED.
